Perfect Timing is a premium sprint development system built for serious athletes.
This is not a basic workout PDF or a collection of random speed workouts. Perfect Timing is a progressive sprint training system where each week builds into the next, moving the athlete from acceleration development into transition mechanics and maximum velocity work.

4-Week Acceleration Phase
Weeks 1-4 focus on acceleration development, start mechanics, power output, first steps, and early sprint rhythm. -
8-Week Acceleration + Max Velocity
Weeks 1-8 include the full acceleration phase, then progress into transition mechanics and upright sprinting. -
12-Week Complete Speed System
Weeks 1-12 include the full Perfect Timing progression: acceleration development, transition work, and a dedicated maximum velocity phase.
