Season overview
24 WEEKS.
ONE CLEAR PEAK.
Our indoor season will run for about 24 weeks, or roughly 5½ months, beginning Saturday, September 5, 2026 and ending with Birmingham Indoor Nationals on February 14, 2027.
Birmingham Indoor Nationals is our main championship meet and the point we are building toward throughout the season.
Who this is for
SMALL GROUP.
HIGH ATTENTION.
This will be a girls only group capped at six athletes. Keeping the group small allows for more individual attention and better coaching. Adding more athletes could lower the cost, but it would also dilute the training.
Acceleration and top end development
Sprint mechanics and efficient movement
Event specific speed endurance
Planned recovery between quality sessions
The girls will follow a true collegiate style sprint program focused on speed, technique, acceleration, endurance, recovery, and event specific work. Most weeks will include four training days, and some weekend sessions may last up to 90 minutes.
Training schedule
FOUR DAYS EACH WEEK
Exact start times will be shared in advance. As we get closer to meets or need more track specific work, locations may change, so we ask families to remain as flexible as possible.

Training and pricing
$300 PER MONTH
The first two weeks are no cost. After that, training is $300 per month for each athlete. We will train four days per week, which comes out to about $18.75 per training session.
Gear and travel
WHAT'S INCLUDED
I will provide the initial Sprint Drill team gear. Parents will be responsible for shoes, spikes, replacement or extra gear, and travel costs such as transportation, hotels, meals, parking, and spectator admission.
Meet schedule
FOUR MEETS.
EVERY RACE HAS A PURPOSE.
Most meet travel will be roughly 2 to 2½ hours from the Atlanta area. We are keeping the schedule limited so the girls have enough time to train, recover, and improve between competitions.

MEET ENTRY FEES
Meet fees are separate from training and will generally be around $35 to $50 per athlete. I will do my best to help cover some of these costs as we get closer to the meets and will keep families updated on what they can expect to pay.
RECRUITING AND VIDEO SUPPORT
For athletes going through the college recruiting process, I will help with recruiting guidance, communication with college coaches, and training or competition video when possible.
ATTENDANCE AND COMMUNICATION
Consistency will be important throughout the season, so athletes should attend as much of the scheduled training as possible. I will keep families updated on schedules, meet information, weather changes, and any other important updates throughout the season.
Our goal
EVERY PHASE HAS A PURPOSE.
The goal is to give the girls a structured indoor season where every phase of training and every competition has a purpose, with Birmingham Indoor Nationals as our main championship meet.
